The Program Manager is in charge of day-to-day operations for their assigned captive. They are able to handle most of the technical aspects of assigned captives and maintains a high level of day to day client and broker business relationships. Provides underwriting coordination, supervises review all submissions for accuracy and forwards to supporting providers, supervises development of proposals, tracks member development, oversees accuracy of financial information and premium collection, and works closely with teams, vendors, carriers on the captive’s premium and financial issues. Maintains open communication with producers and team members.
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalency in a related discipline and at least five (5) years of experience in property and casualty insurance underwriting or submission processing. Should have experience in telephonic client contact as it relates to processing of submissions and proposals.
