Top Workplaces USA Honors Captive Resources Again

By Don Talend March 20th, 2024

We're pleased to announce that Captive Resources has been honored by Top Workplaces USA for the fourth straight year. Captive Resources placed No. 19 in the nation among companies with 150–499 employees, moving up two spots from last year. The Top Workplaces USA rankings are based entirely on feedback from an engagement survey completed by participating workplaces’ colleagues.

In addition to Top Workplaces USA, the Chicago Tribune ranked Captive Resources No. 2 on a list of 66 mid-sized employers in its 2023 Top Workplaces in Chicagoland survey. Captive Resources also topped Business Insurance’s latest Best Places to Work in Insurance list in the medium employer category (250–999 employees) for the third straight year.

“Top Workplaces USA’s recognition of Captive Resources for four years running is truly a reflection of our colleagues’ continuing collaborative spirit and engagement within our workplace culture,” said Captive Resources’ Chief Human Resources Officer Rose Frieri. “Individually and collectively, our colleagues help foster Captive Resources’ inclusive culture where everyone has a voice and shares in the rewards of our performance. Our leadership team sincerely thanks our valued colleagues for their contributions and feedback. This achievement would not have been possible without them.”
