We're pleased to announce that Captive Resources has been ranked No. 19 in the nation among companies with 150-499 employees on the 2024 Top Workplaces USA list.

Captive Resources topped the Best Places to Work in Insurance list in the medium employer category in 2023, our third straight first-place finish in this category. The annual Business Insurance list ranks agents, brokers, insurers, and other providers by employee engagement and satisfaction.

Captive Resources has been a mainstay on the Chicago Tribune’s Top Workplaces list. In 2023, we ranked second among mid-size employers, and we have finished first or second every year since joining the midsize category in 2021.

The Captive Resources family was well represented in the 2022 Cayman Captive Awards from Captive International. Captive Resources earned two commendations, while our sister company, Kensington Management Group, won top honors in two major categories.

Captive Resources won the award for best Captive Consultant at the 2022 U.S. Captive Review Awards based on our “expertise at identifying risk management solutions for clients through sophisticated modeling and expert industry knowledge.”

For the third year in a row, Captive Review named two members of the Captive Resources family to the Power 50 — an annual list of the most influential captive professionals.

In December 2021, Insurance Business America (IBA) named Captive Resources' Chairman, CEO, and Co-Founder, George Rusu, to its Hot 100 list.

Captive Resources’ Chairman, CEO, and Co-Founder joined an esteemed group of insurance veterans in the 2021 class of Insurance Business America’s (IBA) Hall of Fame.

Co-CEO Nick Hentges was honored for his Outstanding Contribution to the Captive Industry at the 2021 US Captive Review Awards. The prestigious honor is dedicated to an individual who has gone above and beyond in serving the captive industry and has continuously shown to be a great leader.
